Shipping Overview

Origin of Shipment: All our products are shipped from mainland China.
Available Delivery Options :Each item’s product page lists available shipping options.
Customers can select their preferred option at Checkout.

1. All products in the store include shipping services, and customers do not need to pay shipping costs.

2. Transportation time varies in different regions:
United States: 7-11 days
Canada: 9-15 days
Other North America: 9-15 days
South America: 9-20 days
Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia: 5-9 days

3. Will order that have been placed be shipped?
Yes, orders that have been placed wll be shipped, the handling time during this period are between 5-7 days. Shipping delays may or may not ocur to youldestination but we expect longer than usual times. Some parcels may arrive sooner, but most likely most wil not arrive on time We are not responsible forcircumstances out of our control.

4. Order that has not yet been dispatched:
Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be canceled and refunded if you do not wish to wait.

5. Order that has been dispatched:
Order that has been dispatched annot be canceled while the items ore in transit Nevertheless, if the package is retured to sender, never received, or lostwhile in transit we con attempt a reshipment or provide a refund. Rest assured that we wll proceded with cancellation and Refund acordlingly if a packoge is returned or any of the above listed reasons.



Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs. Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
